Bread 'old' 118 Years


~ Pieces of bread and cheese are estimated to have been about 118 years old was found in a church in Padiham piano Methodist Church, Street Burnley, Lancashire, England. The shape is still good, but obviously have expired or expired.

The bread is touted as the oldest in the UK is known to put a churchgoer. Later it was discovered recently by the sexton, Kath Yates when he wanted to clean up the instrument for later sale.

Pieces of bread were found along with a copy of the local newspaper in which printed publication in 1896. Kath also strongly suspect that the bread had been stored for 118 years.

Package pieces of bread is still preserved in the wrapper, because it is stored neatly in a piano covered with wood which protects the food from dirt or animal.
